Most residential pools in Florida benefit from weekly professional service because heat, rainfall, sunlight, debris and frequent use can quickly affect water chemistry and algae growth. The appropriate service needs may also depend on whether the pool is screened, saltwater or chlorine-based, heavily used or surrounded by landscaping. 

 Every residential service package includes weekly skimming, brushing and vacuuming; tile and surface cleaning; skimmer and pump basket cleaning; advanced water testing and chemical balancing; basic equipment checks; and a digital service report with chemical readings and before-and-after photographs. Premier and Premier Elite include additional preventative maintenance and service benefits. 

 Routine chemicals used during standard weekly water balancing are included in each residential service package. Specialty treatments, unusually high chemical demand, green-pool recovery and chemicals required to address conditions outside routine maintenance may involve an additional charge. Premier includes quarterly phosphate treatments. 

 Annual filter cartridge replacement is included with Premier and Premier Elite. Safeguard customers can have filter replacement performed as an additional service when needed. Package inclusions apply to the eligible standard filter replacement specified in your service agreement. 

 Premier Elite includes one annual pool-deck or patio pressure-washing service within the package’s defined service area and scope. Power washing is also available separately for Safeguard and Premier customers. 

All Clear Pools offers professional green-pool recovery using targeted treatment, filtration and thorough cleaning. The time required depends on the condition of the water, the severity of the algae and the performance of the pool’s equipment. 

All Clear Pools uses the professional LaMotte Spin Touch® system with single-use Spin Disks to digitally analyze multiple water-quality factors. Unlike traditional tests that depend on visually matching colors, this technology provides clear, objective readings that support better-informed chemical adjustments.

Proper water balance helps support sanitizer performance, swimmer comfort and the long-term protection of pool surfaces and equipment. Your measured readings are also documented in the digital report provided after service.

Yes. After every scheduled weekly service visit, you receive a digital report with visit photographs, measured chemistry readings, chemicals added, completed services and technician information. Equipment observations and recommendations are included when applicable. 

Generally, you do not need to be home as long as our technician has safe, reliable access to the pool and equipment. Your digital service report confirms when the visit was completed and documents the work performed. 

 Yes. All Clear Pools services both traditional chlorine and saltwater pools. Premier Elite includes salt-cell cleaning when applicable. Saltwater systems still require weekly cleaning, advanced water testing, balancing and equipment oversight. 

Weekly service includes basic visual equipment checks, but diagnostic labor, repairs and replacement parts are billed separately. Premier customers receive a preferred service-call rate and priority scheduling. Premier Elite customers receive automatic priority scheduling, waived standard trip/service-call fees and 10% off eligible repair parts. Diagnostic labor, repair labor and replacement parts remain separately billed unless otherwise stated. 

 Yes. All Clear Pools provides professional pool leak detection to help identify potential sources of unexplained water loss.

 Premier and Premier Elite include one complimentary additional cleaning visit per quarter, separate from regularly scheduled weekly maintenance. This benefit applies to routine pool cleaning within the package scope and does not include green-pool recovery, storm cleanup, repairs or specialty services.
